NeuroFi is an informational tool. It is not financial advice or an investment recommendation. The data comes from third parties, may be delayed and may contain errors. The Spanish version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy.

2. What NeuroFi is

NeuroFi ranks the companies of several stock indices by market cap and shows their price, returns, dividend, valuation and other indicators, lets you compare how they have performed and shows the sector make-up of each index. It is free and requires no registration.

3. No financial advice

Nothing NeuroFi shows is investment advice, a personal recommendation or an offer to buy or sell financial instruments. NeuroFi is not an investment firm. Your decisions are your sole responsibility. Before investing, consider your circumstances and, if needed, consult an authorized professional. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Data and sources

• Prices, dividends and valuation come from Yahoo Finance; balance sheet data and debt and profitability ratios, from TradingView; cryptocurrencies, from BitcoinWisdom. Index constituents and weights come from Wikipedia, Slickcharts, TradingView, iShares and BlackRock, Amundi, State Street, Samsung, Yuanta, Seligson, B3, the CNMV, the CVM, Finansinspektionen, Nasdaq and SEC N-PORT filings. Securities are identified with OpenFIGI.
• Live prices may be delayed by up to 15 minutes depending on the exchange. Returns and the other metrics are calculated with closing data, updated once per session; its date is shown on the site.
• Index weights are approximations taken from exchange-traded funds that track them. The methodology is explained under “How it is calculated”.
• The data may contain errors, delays or omissions from the sources. Its accuracy, completeness and timeliness are not guaranteed.

5. Technical levels and alerts

• Supports, resistances, breakouts and the expected daily move describe past price behaviour with fixed rules. They do not anticipate the direction of the price and are not a buy or sell signal.
• Push alerts are a free service without any guarantee: they depend on third-party quotes, which may be delayed, on your browser’s notification service and on your device, and they may arrive late, repeat or not arrive. Do not use them for decisions that depend on their timeliness. You can remove them at any time.
• The NeuroFi Discord bot follows these same terms: its posts and mentions describe past prices, are not advice and come with no guarantee of arriving, or of arriving on time. Server administrators decide where it is used; use it within Discord’s own terms.

6. Permitted use

You may use NeuroFi for personal, informational purposes. You may not extract data in an automated or bulk manner, overload the service, attempt to access non-public parts or redistribute the content as your own. Third-party data is also subject to its providers’ terms.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

Charts use TradingView Advanced Charts, © TradingView, Inc., under license. The Hanken Grotesk typeface is distributed under the SIL Open Font License. Logos belong to their respective companies. S&P 500, Dow Jones, Nasdaq-100, Russell 2000, S&P/TSX 60, EURO STOXX 50, IBEX 35, DAX, FTSE 100, FTSE MIB, AEX, SMI, Nikkei 225, Hang Seng and S&P/ASX 200 are trademarks of their owners (S&P Dow Jones Indices, Nasdaq, FTSE Russell, STOXX, BME, Euronext, SIX, Nikkei, Hang Seng Indexes and others). NeuroFi is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Liability

NeuroFi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of the information, data errors or service interruptions. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. The owner does not control and is not responsible for their content.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the date of the latest version appears at the top. They are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
